some of you may remember the plight of jailed yemeni journalist, abdulkarim al-khaiwani. according to my cotillion sister, jane, he has been freed by the yemeni government.
jane - a force of nature herself, civil rights groups around the world, and alot of bloggers helped make this happen. good job.
