Why is the Lockerbie Bomber still alive?

Date July 4, 2010

You’ll remember this murdering terrorist was shockingly release by Scotland for compassionate reasons last summer. His cancer was supposedly so advanced, according to UK authorities, that he had 3 months or so of life left. Well, the “or so” part is that now he apparently could “last” up to 10 more years to plot and plan another day.

This is why terrorists need to be killed. Period.

Oh, and all Scottish terrorist sympathizers? Stay away this time or you will be systematically routed to the round file. Thanks.

    Kate,

It’s a nice gift this morning, indeed, to open up my site and finally see an updated Blatherings post in the blogroll. Welcome back, Ma’am.

    Where you been, anyway?

Agree, no mercy for terrorists (or their sympathizers).

Great memory! I remember this and I was flabbergasted when they let this guy out.

McCann — your ISP is permanently banned from the last scotland/blatheringsblog war (see the link above) and no, there is no way you can worm you way back in.

    so sad. byeeeeee.

hi jeff! good to see you! i just took a couple of months off and cooled the blog down a bit because of the infestation on my blog. i weeded, used roach control, and eventually banned isp’s. so far so good.

The story I saw recently claimed that they “got the records mixed up”, and it appears that he could live one to two decades longer. That, however, is contested in Tripoli.
Sources said he was now relying on alternative medicine to battle prostate cancer, and would be unlikely to be alive next month to mark the one-year anniversary of his release.

A simple bullet would have rendered all of this unnecessary. Pity….

or … it this would have been slightly less blood thirsty

we could just have kept him in prison

and we could have made him watch world cup games 24/7/365

    that would discourage them

Amazing how lucrative oil deals will heal people with cancer, huh Scotland??

  8. David said:

Ya?! Was that the deal, I wonder, Ken? I mean - d*mn, if people let people off for killing HUNDREDS of people for some “tit for tat” stuff, then what is this world coming to?

Despicable. We knew - distantly - one of the families who lot a loved one in the Lockerbie bombing. He was just 21 years old - I can’t imagine how the family - and all the others - are feeling about this news. They thought justice had been served; turns out it was just a lie.
