NASA: Obama doesn’t want to go to Mars but he does want NASA to go to Muslim countries!
July 6, 2010
When I first heard the news that NASA, who for all intents and purposes has been flagrantly gutted by Oilbama, was now being charged with the mission to improve relations with the Muslim world — kind of outreach to Muslims — I laughed out loud.
What’s the point? Building goodwill and camaraderie between us and them will stop their most extreme from wanting to kill us? Promoting math and science while recognizing math and science contributions of Muslims will help terrorists to not cut off our heads?
Un stinking believable. International diplomacy seems utterly outside NASA’s scope. In fact, one of the governments’ largest agency is Department of STATE whose job it is to work on relationships between countries, factions, and people groups. And get this… according to Charles Bolden, the NASA administrator chosen by Oilbama almost 2 years ago, strengthening ties with Muslim countries was among the top tasks Oilbama gave him.
“When I became the NASA administrator — or before I became the NASA administrator — he charged me with three things. One was he wanted me to help re-inspire children to want to get into science and math, he wanted me to expand our international relationships, and third, and perhaps foremost, he wanted me to find a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science … and math and engineering,” Bolden said in an interview to al ja freekin zeera.
Stunning hopechangery I would say, sprinkled with a bit of this feckless administrations’ hubris. After someone gives me a list of muslims who have contributed to science, math and engineering to further space exploration, will all of you Oilbama zombies just go away before you destroy EVERYTHING? Thanks.

This is just more of President Obama demoralizing and marginalizing us so that we are no longer the greatest country on earth and lifting up the Muslims or our enemies. He can wrap a nice present to look good on the outside but its just crap inside.

Gosh, its so nice to have a “science” president, eh???
What a joke Obama is. A pathetic, inexperienced, in way over his head, leftist radical who got into the White House because he had a nice smile.
Thanks again, America!!

You can have a “nice smile” but the flies still land on you like you were a POS and the rodents come to yer news confrences. I hate him for what he’s doing to Nasa. I grew up loving that agency. He’s a real prick.

People like GOP leadership and the left don’t want us to mention Obama’s Muslim connections. They think it’s too touchy and can backfire into “hate speech”. I guess maybe I thought like that too in the early days of his presidency. But when you look as some of the preferences he has done this last year and half that make no sense whatsoever (Day of Prayer rebuff, no church attendance, Rev. Wright’s social justice gospel rather then a salvation gospel, and so on…) it makes me wonder if Barack Obama really is a closet Muslim who is doing all he can to subvert us and our way of life. God help us.

At first I laughed - how could it be true? And then I realized it is true and I nearly vomited. Appeasing Muslims is the last thing we should be doing.
Tomorrow marks 5 years since al Qaeda subjected London and its people to their particular brand of justice.
How quickly they forget.

The former head of NASA says that’s “perverse”. I’ll go with him on that.
