another example of the evil we fight

Date December 3, 2008

this is moshe holtzberg. he just turned 2 on saturday. his dad and mom, rabbi gavriel and rivka holtzberg were terribly tortured before being killed by the terrorists in mumbai, india. rivka, his mom, was 6 months pregnant.

moshe himself had been beaten by them. he miraculously was spirited out of the jewish center before he could be killed by his nanny who was hiding when she heard his cries.

the holtzbergs and 4 others killed with them in the jewish center were memorialized today in jerusalem. moshe could be heard repeatedly crying out for ‘ima!’ (mommy) and ‘dada!’ (daddy).

many mourned.

The pictures from your link of the funeral were amazing! The grief on that little baby’s face is horrible. He will never forget what he’s been through.

And now of course the media is calling the terrorists ’suspects’ as if they are criminals. This whole situation has just been handled in the most ridiculous way possible and people died because of it.

Let this be a reminder for those who wish to treat terrorism as a law enforcement problem. You may be able to intervene, arrest, and prosecute 9 out of 10 plots. However, it’s the one that slips through the cracks that do the most damage. 9/11 was our first example, this will serve as the second.

May God be with all of those who were affected by this terrible tragedy.

Kate what about all the arabs slaughtered? Do you EVER post on them? I think not. You are racist against them. We have killed and estimated 200,000 Iraqis. Do you mourn them? I think not. You have simpathy for Judeo-Christians and that is it. You need to educate yourself more because the world is alot bigger then you and your pet projects. You are very limited in your scope and your blog has become a little boring and I would hate to see that happen since I am one of your first protestors.

How about if you try to educate yourself more about global warming? That might help.

What nonsense. You assume far too much, certainly more than your intellect can hold.

Not you, Ms Blog Host, but that churl above you.

Got any links Kevin? I’d love to read the non-biased site that came up with that number. Furthermore, if we wanted to we could have killed every living thing in Iraq within a matter of weeks. We have bent over backwards trying to avoid civilian casualties, so much so that it has cost American lives.

We did not single out a hotel full of civilians that we knew were not armed and slaughter them because we felt like it.

Comparing the two is not only ridiculous, it’s flat out ignorant.

Oh, and Kevin. The politically correct term now is “climate change”. Why? Because temperatures have actually been going DOWN in the last year or so.

Perhaps you should educate yourself before demanding that others do it.

Oh so you rightwing retards need evidence? Ok. Here is an estimated count of Iraqi casualties because of Bush’s war: http://www.justforeignpolicy.org/iraq/iraqdeaths.html

And they have it at over 1.2 million. So you are right I was wrong. I grossly UNDERESTIMATED the innocent Arabs who died.

Crawl back under your pathetic loser holes and cry while Barack comes in and shuts the whole Iraqi criminal war down.

thanks for the link however that is totally BOGUS - give me a break! talk about biased links!!! the indiscriminate slaughter of iraqi innocents have been at the hands of terrorists and insurgents — themselves arabs and muslims.

i agree with what ken said in that our troops have risked their own lives to NOT harm civilians — humanitarian aid is a big part of the role of the american soldier in iraq from building schools and hospitals to winning hearts and minds.

VERY mature, Kevin. Perhaps you can have an intelligent conversation without sounding like a 6 year old on a playground? Maybe not.

Anyway, if that’s the best “evidence” you have then you’re pretty pathetic. The website sounds a lot like you, bitter and angry. You disagree with the war so you will say whatever you have to, truth be damned! I’ll bet you could get a job with CNN or The New York Times!

Check this site out. It dispels a lot of Iraq Body Counts myths.

    http://viewoftherepublic.blogspot.com/2005/01/iraq-body-count-lies.html

It shows how the website uses completely bogus numbers in order to inflate the “body count”. Apparently it has used 8,000 of Saddam’s troops, the same troops that raped and murdered the Arabs that Kevin is soooooo concerned about, that were killed by U.S. forces as part of it’s “innocent civilian” count. As well as many thousands who have been killed by the ARAB terrorists.

I’m curious though Kevin, where was your overwhelming concern for the plight of the Arab people when they were starving to death from the U.N. sanctions that occurred for 8 YEARS under President Clinton:

    http://iraqwar.org/childunicef.htm

It estimated that some 500,000 children had died from the years of U.N. sanctions.

Unfortunately there are many people like Kevin. They have no desire to know the truth, because the truth does not fit their agenda. The truly sad thing is that people like Kevin exist in extremely important positions, whether it’s in Obama’s new cabinet or major media outlets. The truth is completely irrelevant to them.

As far as crying, you may have us confused with democrats. They were the ones who cried and then screamed “stolen election” for the last 8 years. It was nice to see the Republicans handle it with so much class as the democrats used voter fraud never before seen in this country in order to win the election. President Bush created a “transition team” to help Obama and his new cabinet. As I recall when Bush won in 2001, Clinton not only did not create a team to help the transition, but his people vandalized and stole from the White House. That’s class!!
